Extremely challenging! I am very new to a class like this - I don't know how to lift properly or how to do many of the moves at the different stations . I was nervous at the start. Really solid studio for Y7. Spacious, ample locker room and shoe storage, and several large bathrooms with showers to use pre- or post-class. My only complaint is it can get smelly if you take a midday class on the weekends but that's to be expected from such a good sweat.... more
