Great place to practice Iyengar Yoga. I have attended workshops there led by Frank Ricci, a wonderful teacher who imparts his knowledge about alignment in a clear and concise way. The studio is bright and clean.
What a great space! Custom-built, lovely floors, clean space, friendly and knowledgeable teachers. Carroll Gardens and Park Slopers are so lucky to have this studio in walking distance for them. Definitely a significant cut above the competitive yoga factories and intense yoga jerks at some other locations (in the neighborhood).
Good for Iyengar yoga.
