Really intense but one of the best workouts I had when I was in New York. This is like Soul Cycle for motorcyclists with leather jackets or rappers. The music is really fun, I love watching videos while I bike, and otherwise it's the same as Soul Cycle minus a few "find yourself, you're amazing" moments with the instructor.... more

Front desk is not the greatest here and the trainers are very inconsistent. Only if owners Megan or Matt are around is anyone on their best behavior. Most trainers do not account for proper stretching in their workout because they just want to get out of there ASAP, and I've actually been asked to leave because I was stretching after the class ended.... more

This place is so cool. It's located in a building that used to be a church and still has all the stained glass windows. The locker rooms have a lot of natural light coming in and just feel very peaceful.... more
Amazing yoga experience!. I use ClassPass to visit this gym and have had very positive experiences. There are lots of different instructors so you might have to come a few times to find the teachers you like, since they all have different styles.... more
Love this boutique style gym. Great music and club feel. Not your typical chain gym like Crunch or NYSP. Very clean and welcoming feel. Close to home, easy street parking available.... more
Very clean good staff but need little more weights in my opinion overall good tho. I love the size of the gym and how spacious it feels. If you want a time of the day that's not too crowded I recommend going in early in the morning or noon.... more

I attended the Mysore session on Sunday ....great shala with very highly experienced teachers and assistants... positive vibe. The class was definitely a good workout but I think it is misleading to call the class Vinyasa.... more
