Very good and clean place. More in the expensive side for me with too little to offer.
Chris is awesome with circuit training. Place is small but pretty clean. Wish they had a water fountain.
I LOVE the place!! The whole team at Regenerate are AWESOME!! I have never felt so comfortable and welcome in a gym before, and I get a great workout and calorie burn. I usually burn around 500 calories in a class and my husband burns around 700 calories! I love that you get a cardio workout as well as strength/resistance training, and that you get to monitor your heart rate the whole time so you can see where you are working at. The instructors really focus on your form and, as the class sizes are kept small, you get plenty of personal attention. Everyone there is so friendly - the owners, the staff, and the other clients. It is fun, social, and a brilliant workout! I have really seen results in myself and my husband. I highly recommend Regenerate!!
