I started going to this gym over two years ago because it was nearby and had a friendly pay as you go membership policy, along with friendly people working the front desk. New management took over at some point and has been shifting things for the benefit of capital.... more

A nice small workout club in Midtown Crossing. Good classes with a relatively new spin room. Very clean, well staffed, towel service and good locker rooms are a plus. Recent upgrades to equipment has been a nice bonus.... more
I learned much more from DVD's. It is true the sifu is hardly ever there. They only progress you if you pay "Lucky Money" which are basically bribes to teach you. After you are there a while they try to get you to join the "inner circle" which means you have to pay more than tuition.... more
I paid Kent $1,325.00 in 4 months for personal 1 on 1 training. It started out good but about half way through the 3rd month things started to decline. Kent cancelled training sessions on short notice, he was often late, he would add other clients to my workout times without asking my permission, there were also issues with his attention to detail.... more
I am happy to say the gym has stepped up it's game in cleanliness during this Corona issue. I work out at various times during the day, 7 days a week. In the past few days I've noticed several members of the gym staff going through the gym item by item, wiping each piece down with disinfectant.... more
