I have two children that participate at Cahoy's. We tried a couple different places before we settled in here. I can't say enough about the staff and the training. My boy has grown leaps and bounds. His confidence and work ethic have been molded and encouraged by the entire staff. The team around him is filled with friends. I could not ask for a better experience.

The Cahoy family continues to run the program while representing the gym's core beliefs - hard work, dedication, consistency, and a desire to improve.
