I love starting my weekdays with the 5:30 am class! It may seem early when you first start out but before long it will be easy to make working out a priority. My daughter visited. I recall her stating that she was the only female there. Perhaps they did not have many female patrons. The guys there were a bit "overly" observatory.. Probably my best gym experience ever, both in equipment upkeep and culture.... more
Great place. They sell Herbalife smoothies and teas, plus a few other health food snacks. I've gone there maybe five times and had the peanut butter smoothie, the key lime, and the yogurt/smoothie fruit parfait.... more
The classes are great, they offered shoes I could rent for cycling which made work-travel so much easier. They are a kind and helpful staff and you are sure to have a great experience if you go!.... more

I started going to this gym over two years ago because it was nearby and had a friendly pay as you go membership policy, along with friendly people working the front desk. New management took over at some point and has been shifting things for the benefit of capital.... more
