THE coaches are Awesome,The trainees are friendly, And the environment is undeniably positive. Everyone encourages each other. Coaches pay attention to you Every time. Coach Kory is so patient she's instantly ready to help. Coach Joy... Such a dear, always so cheerful. You'll find the owner and coaches training with the regular crowd and helping each other. I've always left there feeling cheerful. Love it!!!

This place is great. The coaches are awesome. The people are great too. They can help you improve at your own pace and challenge you to get fit without injury. The coaches are well trained in all aspects of crossfit; weight lifting, aerobics and gymnastics. They teach you proper technique in each area if crossfit.
The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is clean, the class hours are flexible and the other members are very welcoming. Great atmosphere and great experience! Highly recommended.

Going to this CrossFit Omaha saved my life!
I had a garden variety widow maker heart attack at 48 yo just driving down the road. (The inherited type) But I believe because I went to CrossFit Omaha 3x per week, I knew immediately I was having a heart attack and I only suffered less than 1% damage.
Absolutely loved working out at Crossfit Omaha. I have dropped in at crossfit gyms all over the world and this was easily one of my favorite experiences. From emailing about dropping in, to having someone show me around, and just having everyone smile and be wonderfully welcoming, it was through and through a positive experience. Getting to meet not just Stacie Tovar (who is my favorite crossfit lady ever) but also three more of the top crossfit athletes, was just an added bonus.
Even though Crossfit Omaha isn't the most conveniently located gyms for someone who is staying in Omaha, it's definitely worth the trip to the outskirts of Omaha.
