The classes are great, they offered shoes I could rent for cycling which made work-travel so much easier. They are a kind and helpful staff and you are sure to have a great experience if you go!
Just attended a Soul Sanctuary hosted by Molly and Justine. It was an awesome experience. If you are up for new experiences, I can't recommend it enough. I'll definitely will be attending more.

Best yoga in Omaha. Warrior wheels cycling is awesome. Lots of variety for different levels. Online schedule is easy to navigate and sign up for classes and shows all locations.

I love this place...the staff and energy are so amazing...the positive vibes are contagious and you are most definitely gonna get what u came here for physically...you will leave feeling accomplished for sure...

Clean, modern, and a super friendly staff. Some of the classes were crowded (after reg work times), and some of the classes were not. Great flows and awesome instruction. Would go here every day if I lived in Omaha. :)
I chose this studio because it offered many classes throughout the day and I have a variable schedule. They do not have a mid-afternoon class during the week, but I could see that I would be one of the few people who would want a class at that time. The classes are challenging, but accessible to all levels, which I need due to lack of experience. I even got my husband to go and he liked it, which is saying a lot.
Can't say enough about how much I love what Lotus has done for me in my life! Wonderful teachers, great facility and the atmosphere is always so cheerful! Thank you!
I was a member at the downtown Lincoln location and I have to admit, the classes are wonderful! However, I was looking to deepen my practice and have the opportunity to teach children. So, I signed up for the Children Yoga Teacher Training Modules. Let me say, my last module was upsetting. $250 down the drain :( I commute from Lincoln to Omaha for these modules and I was not happy with the Friday class. Saturday didn't get any better. Class didn't start until about 2 hours after it should have and hearing the teacher talk down on other yoga teachers was discouraging. It didn't help that the owner walked in only to be worried about her daughter's birthday party set-up. She didn't take a minute to talk to her students (ME) who are paying big bucks to learn from her teachers. I got in contact with director of operations to see what they could do in terms of a refund (I didn't return to the third day of module 4) and I let her know I had issues and concerns I would like to address. Needless to say, she never got back to me. This aura of this place holds a "I'm better than you" kind of personality and the studios are super cliquey. I was called girl at least 3 times by a desk receptionist and they seemed to be really fake and materialistic. My advice: go to as many studios as you can and find the right one! Do not just assume its "good vibes" from the "vibe tribe"
