I started going to this gym over two years ago because it was nearby and had a friendly pay as you go membership policy, along with friendly people working the front desk. New management took over at some point and has been shifting things for the benefit of capital. Prices went up along with towel service now costing. I am completely happy to see people making improvements and extra money, however it did not feel good to realize that when I wanted to end my membership I could not unless I buy the remaining 8 months (nearly $800) remaining in the contract that I honestly didn't realize I had committed to. When I signed and gave my credit card number I was operating on a trust that I had felt from the original time I began going to this gym. If I had known they were going to twist my arm to commit to an entire year, I would not have signed. Somehow this was not made clear until I wanted to withdraw my membership. I admit it may have been my oversight, but when I asked to work something out in the form of gifting my membership or reducing the remaining contract fee, there was no one offering to help work this out. I have since started going to a different gym and am disputing the charges as I have not been using their facilities for nearly two months.
Beware of the Cancelation Policy!
I gave 1 month notice to end my membership and was charged $48 for 6 days because I gave my notice on the 6th instead of the 1st and was charged for the full month.
Seems like an underhanded way to extract extra payments out of members who choose to leave. Kind of un-ethical in my opinion but it was in the fine-print.
Overall a clean, quiet facility. Never too busy. It is missing a couple equipment in my opinion. The gym could use more cable machines such as rowing and pull down. It does have some similar to them but not the ones with detachable hooks. Firm price, no negotiating or haggling which I appreciate.
Been coming here since November of 2017. It's like a home away from home. Very clean all around, the people here take pride in what they do. Staff is always great. Shout out to Geoffrey the morning guy. The people that work out here are also great, never had an issue, friendly and will always help if you need it. Aside from needing some new barbells since the grips are all but gone and maybe an extra squat rack cage, this place is just absolutely awesome.
Super friendly staff, huge facility filled with lots of machines, free weights and even an indoor pool! 10/10 would recommend. Go check it out!
Pinnacle is the nicest gym that I have ever been a member of. The facilities are extremely clean, and there is a wide variety workouts that can be done in their facility. They have a full pool/sauna room as well as your typical weight room. Their classes are taught be amazing teachers, and get you a total body workout in a quick amount of time which is great for lunch hour workouts. If you are in the downtown area, I highly recommend a membership to this gym!
I have moved away from Omaha and I truly miss going to Pinnacle. I was an early morning open the door dude and I have to say that all the staff were the best. The other patrons of the club were the best and we had become a family in there! The place was always clean and ready for business first thing in the morning. Awesome place!
The customer service here is terrible. Employees clearly don't want to be there and they treat the customers accordingly. Machines are nasty (not just regular gym nasty, like I was worried about catching a disease). You'd be better off going to any other gym in Omaha.
Well equipped, clean, and well staffed. It has great amenities including a three lane pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam room. Free classes with a membership are offered as well. There are not many squat benches, however. The free weights area can get crowded during peak hours.
I've been a member as Pinnacle for over three years. I feel very comfortable here and enjoy the friendly staff very much. Whenever I have had a special request of any kind, they have always been willing to help me. I have belonged to several other gyms across Omaha. This is my favorite by far and also one of the most reasonably priced. It is always clean and I never have any issues with getting to use whatever equipment I need.

It's a quiet, relaxing atmosphere with very clean bathrooms and a wonderful steam room! Parking is easy, equipment is clean and in good condition, and I get to be in my own world without interruption.
