Friendly staff. Usually not over crowded. A good gym if you're looking to work and not be bothered by other peoples social hour.

BUYER BEWARE. We have gone in to cancel three separate times and they are still charging us each month. It's been over 2 years that we haven't used the membership and have been asking to cancel. There is no support number to call. You have to cancel in person and there is no guarantee that they will stop charging you once you've signed a contract.
Love that there is a separate woman's area. Makes it easier to focus on working out instead of being cat called! Very clean environment and a great selection of workout equipment.

Would love to see more squat and bench racks, as well as drop weights, but there is plenty of quality equipment that is hard to beat for the money.
Soon singing up I wasnt informed I have to wear q shirt. I go in for my first time and they take my picture I'm wearing a sports bra, and very high waisted workout leggings I have approximately 2 inches to 3 inches max of my upper stomach (above belly button, belly button is covered)
So a few things about this me and my fiance bought this membership together then he bailed On working out I have batting ciety personally so I hadn't gone for a really long time I had the membership for about 6 to 7 months and finally found someone who was willing to go with me we got in there I was wearing the same outfit that I did when I worked out and they didn't mention anything to me I told them the moment I walked up this was my 1st time there a had been a while since I signed up and I wasn't really sure on the process of checking in working out cleaning after use of equipment Excedrin upon that time they could have easily gone over the main points such as you need to wear a shirt as I was very clearly not doing so but in said I went to the changing room I put my stuff in a Walker I went to the restroom I came out started working out on multiple machines and after about 10 to 15 minutes of being on this machine someone comes over to me so I stop my machine and take my earbuds out and they tell me you're supposed to be wearing a sure my manager came and told me that I needed to come over here and tell you that but it's OK for today at this point I'm looking around And there was only a few other people working out around me but they had looked over at me which made me feel very embarrassed the way they handled it made me feel very dumb and kind of outcasted innocence although I'm sure it wasn't a big deal to them I really wish they would have pulled me aside in private waited until I laughed or the very obvious Option is to tell me at the door when I'm coming in and stating that I am Brando and I have no idea how any of this works I wouldn't have signed up and paid for a single month if I'd known you can't wear a shirt I personally do break out in really badd hives all over my body if I get too hot and so when I work out I cannot wear a shirt cause I will overheat very very easily I have to be very careful and take it easy so I wasn't informed this during my tor I just feel like I've wasted my time in my money of course the months that I paid for that I was too anxious to come and work out are 100% my fault but I do believe that they could have handled it differently and maybe if they red this or see this state can know how they made me feel and hopefully change the way that they dressed up like that in the future because like I said I'm sure they don't think anything of it but for me personally I ended up leaving very shortly after because I was very embarrassed and I felt very stupid and I just don't like being made to feel that way especially in a setting where I'm paying money to be there.

I love the women's area and the variety of equipment. I'd like it if it were closer to home though
I have been a member of the 84th and Center Blue Moon for almost 5 years now. Recently the staff has made repairs in regards to marks/ dents in walls, painting and upgrading some machines. I was looking to switch gyms about a year ago due to my fitness routine changing, but Blue Moon added battle ropes, kettle bells and recently a couple of rowing machines. I have never had any issues with the staff and being a member so long has allowed me to make friends and connections. For the price, it is hard to beat. This location is within one mile of my home and during the warmer months I enjoy walking there. It is busier around 5-6 pm but other times I have gone I have not had to compete for equipment. Good job Blue Moon!

Features massage chairs, group fitness classes, personal training, a women's only exercise area, and a cardio theater in addition to the standard fitness club stuff. Staff are friendly and willing to take you on tours. Definitely recommend.

Normally good but can't seem to find reliable people to open up on Monday mornings. Ten cars in the lot at 5 AM and no one showed uop until after 6AM. Most of us have work and other things to do and that is why we come early. This shoots the whole day and starts off Monday in a bad light. Can't you find just one(1) reliable Monday morning opener?
Some one who is there consistently at 5AM ?

Appears to be everything it claims to be. A nice affordable gym with all the ammenitys that a person would need to perform any fitness regimen they want to. I have had memberships at "big box store" gyms before and figured out that I didn't really need all the extra stuff that ends up costing you way more per month. This type of gym really is all most people need. Nice people. It was not overly crowded. Plenty of treadmills and cardio gear. Fyi no towels available.
Great establishment. Clean and with good atmosphere. It's not very full the majority of the time and I especially like the women's area which gives women more privacy amd a sense of freedom to work out.
Love the option of having a Women's Only section! Very kind. Great price. Other gym-goers have also been incredibly friendly.

Myself, my wife and our little girl have been traveling all over America grabbing a workout at gyms where ever we could. Called all around town, on our way into Omaha, looking for a gym that was reasonably priced for a 1 day pass, and found these guys on the second call.
They were super friendly over the phone and when we told them we where just tourists looking to get in a quick workout as we passed through town, they said, look come in a grab a VIP pass for free.
The gym is well set up, plenty of machines and free weights, tonnes of cardio equipment, friendly and helpful staff and full of serious gym goers, which is always a good sign.
Read the other reviews out there on this place, some of these made nasty comments about smelly showers etc... can honestly tell you this is total B.S.
The showers were clean, well appointed and just what the doctor ordered after a hard workout. Compared to the other gyms in Omaha who are asking upwards of $20 for a 1 day pass, i wouldn't be surprised to hear these guys are destroying their competition.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I been paying for the VIP membership. When I went to cancel everything seemed fine I paid their fee no problem and till now 4 months later they still charge me the monthly membership. I been trying to contact then and going in and yet to get anything back and the manager never returns any of my calls. Their equipment is also getting old and doesn't work as expect it.
Small gym. People are not very friendly. Staff is nice tho. Just not what I would want in a gym. But is cheap..
Do NOT give this gym your bank information. I cancelled my gym membership and 8 mo later realized they were STILL BILLING ME. When I told my bank, the teller was like, "OMG that happened to me TOO!" When I went online to give this review, I noticed on other sites like Yelp, several other people were saying the same thing. But the fun doesn't stop there. They refuse to refund what I can only assume they purposefully have stolen. Know what corporate told this branch to offer me? A 6 mo gym membership. I don't want that. I want my roughly $170-$180 back.
I'm a poor single mother and I feel I have been very much taken advantage of. I didn't notice they were stealing from me until my account went overdrawn. Paying rent was very difficult that month. I ended up having to initiate an investigation through my bank and change my whole bank account- get a new debit card- the whole 9 yards over this.
I actually believe Blue Moon scams people like this on purpose. I'm not the only one saying it. Think twice before you give this company your bank info.
Great, friendly staff and good selection of equipment. Love the massage chairs. Great value, very affordable.
