I have never loved working out so much until Sweat! I decided to try them out because they have the most variety of early morning classes, which is what works best for my schedule. The teachers are so personable and call you by name, which really stood out to me and made me feel so welcomed .... more

This is by far my favorite place to break a sweat. They have multiple trainers with different personalities they really make this place feel alive with comaraderie. Sam and Marcus are very much the kind of people i need to get me and keep motivated, something many of us struggle with.... more
This place is so amazing! Hands down best PT experience! Justin and Patrick are truly great and well educated. If I had developed pain during PT they did their little tricks to manipulate the area and like magic it was gone.... more
The environment was welcoming and the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable going at my own pace and pushing myself on my own. Trenton conducted an excellent class! I would definitely enjoy attending his class again.... more
The North Side YMCA gym is a clean and friendly place to work out. The showers are always clean, and I have always had access to a locker, no matter what time I was there. The staff is always smiling and easy to approach in case you have questions about anything.... more

I don't live in Lexington anymore and it is a shame because my husband and I LOVED this gym. Easy parking, great classes, incredible equipment and amenities. We have joined other fitness places and we still refer to Proof as our favorite gym.... more
I paid for 8 half hour sessions. The first 4 were great and I looked forward to learning how to reach my goals and make fitness a priority in my life. During the sessions, Nate demonstrated incredible knowledge and his ability to teach and relate.... more

Stayed open as long as the outbreak allowed and then closed. Once closed they stopped the billing cycle. I am glad to be a customer at this responsible and well run gym.. Was a member here for several years.... more

It's clean. It's friendly. The locker rooms are nicely kept. There's almost always a machine to use, or only a short wait. The equipment is nice. And I can drop my teens with their friends to blow off energy and have some me time.... more
They open late and close early on weekends 9am is to late on a sunday for me to get a workout in. Wish they had better hours. Great facilities! Indoor track, theater room, LOTS of weight machines and free weights available.... more
