I love this gym! I've been a member for about a year and have had nothing but great experiences. The equipment is state-of-the-art and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It's not too crowded, unlike other facilities in Lexington. Highly recommend!
For the price the gym is awesome all equiptment is in New condition and some nice treadmills/olypticals aswell
They have lots of cardio equipment, also some free weights, benches, and squat racks. My only complaints are that there are no decline benches, and only 2 squat racks. Sometimes it can be hard to get one if there's lots of people wanting to do squats/deadlifts. Hard to beat for the price

I love the gym it has everything I need for such a low price and its relaxed I don't care for in your face gyms. I didn't give them 5 stars only because I hate the traffic getting there it's located in the busiest area of Lexington. Otherwise I love it there just plan around traffic!
