Just show up, is the gym's motto. The instructors are professional and push you on forum and technique. It is common to have kids and even a dog hanging out. Members encourage and help each other along the way.... more

A lot of great equipment however it seems to struggle finding a balanced approach to being a more 'open' gym you could say me personally I love the atmosphere it feels like a great gym for powerlifting but there still are a lot of machines I do believe it is a great gym just saying it would help having more say barbells that have their weight on them, less 'awkward' benches, etc.... more

Our kids love it here. We go every Saturday to the 11:00 am class. They always have so much fun. Our Four- year old Apphy lives the little ninjas class and has gone from tepidly navigating to hopping over obstacles and flying through the courses.... more

The only people who would think this is a great place to do crossfit have never been to a box besides this one. First of all the gym is a few miles from rubbertown so you are going to be breathing very polluted air when you are running outside.... more
Planet fitness is a cool gym. Besides the free tootsies rolls, they have every piece of equipment you need for a great workout. Also, there is a large number of tanning beds and a Total-body red light therapy booth.... more
