Great local gym! I tried the 'Strong Class' that had kettle bells, TRX work, body movement, and some squats. I liked the small group format and close attention from the coach. Learned some new exercises and going to be sore tomorrow.... more

Awesome workouts to be had here! I've lost a couple dozen pounds since joining back in the summer..Class sizes are small which allows for extra attention that might be needed. The training sessions are intense and a lot of fun.... more
