I have been around this gym since the start. As an overweight woman, it is hard for me to feel comfortable in a gym. I feel at home here and love how attentive the staff is to my needs. Everyone is knowledgeable and it feels like family.

This is an uplifting environment for private and semi-private training. As a future coach I know my clients will feel comfortable starting their life changing journey in the hanger. I mean let's be real... how many people can say they work out in an aviation hanger???
