Great local gym! I tried the 'Strong Class' that had kettle bells, TRX work, body movement, and some squats. I liked the small group format and close attention from the coach. Learned some new exercises and going to be sore tomorrow.... more

Really, really loved this gym. I was Louisville on business and made the effort to cross over to Indiana just to work out here . Beautiful gym and super professional staff. Just show up, is the gym's motto. The instructors are professional and push you on forum and technique. It is common to have kids and even a dog hanging out. Members encourage and help each other along the way.... more
