A lot of great equipment however it seems to struggle finding a balanced approach to being a more 'open' gym you could say me personally I love the atmosphere it feels like a great gym for powerlifting (my goal in training) but there still are a lot of machines I do believe it is a great gym just saying it would help having more say barbells that have their weight on them, less 'awkward' benches, etc. I'm not hating on the gym I was just giving my opinion I usually train at the new one in Hillview so I had some expectations and the gym checked off most of them. I appreciate the opportunity to train here!

Nice small gym, with everything you need. Obviously it's great for people with odd schedules and not too expensive like the Y.

This is my favorite gym! It's open all the time, the staff us very respectful and helpful, and it's always clean. Thanks for making exercise enjoyable!!

By far one of the premier gyms in the area. Its clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the staff is always helpful and kind. I've worked out in several gyms in the area and this one is by far my favorite. It's great for people with atypical work schedules. It has tanning and hydromassage for premium members. It really feels like my personal gym and I love that. Keep up the great work workout anytime team!

They have super friendly staff that are always willing to help or answer questions; the equipment is in good condition and clean; and the facilities are always clean (or if you find something the staff is willing to jump on it immediately). Overall a great little gym.

A totally awesome gym. Has everything you need to accomplish serious fitness goals. or maybe you prefer casual exercise, either way this place is great. A large free weight section and a decent number of machines. Clean restrooms and very helpful staff members. Yes you can deadlift and squat heavy here and its open 24 hours a day. Come pump some iron and be the strongest version of yourself!

I love this place. Membership is extremely affordable & they have so many machines that.you can spend 1 min - 5min on & smash your workout. Every employee knows by name & are extremely helpful & professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
