The beginner yoga class didn't rush through the poses and really allowed us to get deeper into each pose for the most benefit. The instructor seemed to be bothered with everyone wasn't leading with the same foot though and kept commenting that we were all being really quiet and that subtracted from the experience.... more

If you're looking for a flashy gym with a yoga studio, spin classes, swimming pool, etc - sorry but you aren't going to find that here. You know what else you're NOT going to find? Pushy sales people trying to exploit your friends, random "maintenance fees" and other unexpected fees, "bros" and other obnoxious people, and overcrowding and inability to use the equipment you need during the hours you ACTUALLY want to work out .... more
