Great spinning and rowing classes well-led. I've been going here for years.
I've gone to both the GoRow and the GoCycle classes here and enjoy them both. GoRow is in the basement so just know it isn't going to be an airy sort of space. I've really enjoyed the combo row & strength, more so than the cycle & strength.
All of my instructors have been good to great which is saying a lot since cycling and rowing are not my favorite formats, by far, but Go gets me through it!
I've particularly enjoyed class with Beth on Tuesdays.
Great classes! The rowing and weight-lifting combo is a really great workout variety. The place has a cozy feel with great instructors to motivate you through the programing.
Can't say enough about this place. First, amazing culture, you walk in and they make you feel like family as any good small business should. The bikes are great and the classes are amazing. They've got a shower for guys and for girls as well. I will be honest, I only take classes in the winter as I'd rather be on my real bike, but this is a fantastic workout and you really push yourself since you can see your results. Emmy and crew are the best!
Very friendly and helpful place... Highly recommended. Only done one session here so far but plan to continue going back.
