I practiced and worked here for over 3 years. After all the scandals, repeatedly demonstrated inappropriate behaviors by the owner, unethical business practices and misrepresented reporting of contractor wages, I honestly recommend not participating in this studio in anyway.... more
Great gym! The staff is very friendly and there is a lot of great equipment to use. I was impressed that they have an actual area for deadlifting. Sometimes you have to wait for a bench or squat rack, but the patrons are usually very friendly if you just go up and ask them how many sets they have left, etc.... more
It is small. Shallow and you can not dive. People from the gym come to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, and no shower before. People from outside walk inside without taking their shoes off.... more

Great selection at great prices. It's a most interesting store with various great labels/brands with a full size range in most styles. Helpful, pleasant and friendly team members who know their stuff can save you time in focusing you down to difinite 'possibles' because every selected item was 'justified'.... more

Big gym and parking lot! Totally renovated, all the machines and equipment are new. The trainer at this location, Rafael Valdez is one of the best!!! Nice facility but pretty sure I dropped a 20 when I signed up for my membership, staff says No but ... im out $20 coming in to check the place out - bad experience. The have been continuously making additions and upgrades to equipment and the space throughout the years.... more
I don't need a lot from my gym to be satisfied. When I visit this branch, I'm always able to find my preferred cardio machine and a free weight bench for the compound lifts that I favor.... more
