I practiced and worked here for over 3 years. After all the scandals, repeatedly demonstrated inappropriate behaviors by the owner, unethical business practices and misrepresented reporting of contractor wages, I honestly recommend not participating in this studio in anyway.... more
Great gym! The staff is very friendly and there is a lot of great equipment to use. I was impressed that they have an actual area for deadlifting. Sometimes you have to wait for a bench or squat rack, but the patrons are usually very friendly if you just go up and ask them how many sets they have left, etc.... more

Nice small quiet gym.The gym is easy to get to, they have plenty of options for exercise, the gym is rarely packed, and I really enjoy the smaller gym experience compared to the larger, massive gyms.... more

It is small. Shallow and you can not dive. People from the gym come to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, and no shower before. People from outside walk inside without taking their shoes off.... more

Great selection at great prices. It's a most interesting store with various great labels/brands with a full size range in most styles.
