Loved this hot yoga class. Got a good sweat in. Loved that the instructor would gently correct my form when it was off. There were so many levels of expertise present so, even though I was new, I didn't feel like I was the only one who didn't know exactly what I was doing.... more

The Lagree method is great, but it's the staff that makes Core954 wonderful.. I have never been to this place and yet they will not stop sending me spam email. I have unsubscribed multiple times and have sent the staff multiple emails requesting them to stop.... more
Plenty of free weights & machines. Lots of cardio machines available all of the time. Management runs a tight ship and staff is always friendly. Place is ALWAYS clean. I really like going there.... more

They gave the gym a face-lift and changed a few things around. The only thing that seems to elude these people is simple maintenance of equipment. Oil mechanical moving parts. Clean the first off equipment.... more
