This is a GREAT gym. Love that it's not on everyone's radar. Tucked away, but in a great location. This gym has every machine or piece of equipment you need and then some. Friendly people at front desk. Clean. Love this gym!!
I love this gym, I've been coming here now for more than 3years, only issue I have is this chic walks in recording in the cardio area doing stuff for her only-fans mostly with the kettle bell. Her boyfriend normally records not even in fitness gear just jeans and supreme hoodie
Very affordable and great location!
The staff is very friendly and they let me do whatever I want. The other day I totally destroyed their hardwood floor with a kettlebell, and nobody said a word!
As an added bonus, the trainers do me in the locker room while my stupid boyfriend plays with his drone in the parking lot

It's a old school gym with modern equipment ,very clean really good trainers. if you are serious about your work outs this is the place for you.

Great gym to workout . Awesome equipment to use. It's more like a family gym every one is friendly and no negative vibes what so ever. Enjoy managment and its nice that the owners know most people by name and are caring, understanding, honest people. Been a member for several years and more to come. Only one "con" the hours should be 24 hours lol.

I've just joined and I've had friendly interactions with the staff, the amount and variety of weight machines is exactly what I'm looking for, and the price is unbeatable! This is my new favorite gym in the area!

I really like this gym I just left a piece of garbage gym that's the size of a small family home what a joke that was lol. Anyway I wish I would have known about this gym a lot sooner. The equipment is great their is plenty of room inside. Lot's of treadmills for cardio work and plenty of REAL squat racks gotta love it. The Owner was very friendly and the people that work out their seem to be all about working out for real instead a social hour hook up gym. The price is even better too. I highly recommend this gym compared to youfit or any of these other corporate franchised out gyms
Amazing gym. Everyone including the staff is friendly. It feels like a family when i workout there. Btw i drive from downtown fort lauderdale to workout here. Thats how much this gym rocks. I wont go anywhere else.
Awesome location very hardcore gym hospitality is better then any gym I've ever been to. Smoothie/snack bar has some delicious items after your done working out
Before I joined the gym, I asked them if I can use the cardio room and they agreed. After few months, when I tried to use it, they refused! Very disappointed!
Been a member here for about 3 years or so and it has been perfect for me. Tons of great equipment for any exercise you can imagine, lots of free weights that go to from extremely light to extremely heavy, but most importantly the staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to treat you and make you feel like family - definitely something you will not get from the larger chain gyms. I appreciate the personal attention and they are very knowledgeable about everything and willing to share knowledge. I also like having a gym where you don't have to wait for machines. The Athletic Factor is my favorite escape from the workday. Thank you for making me feel like family!

It's been 5 years since my last review. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. I promise you this, once you go there you would not want to train at another gym. They offer a 30 day free gym membership without any attachments to it. This place is extremely well organized, the staff is super friendly and always helpful.
You will not have to wait in line for using their equipment.
If you are new to the gym field, and need help with getting started, they have a lot of professional personal trainers, that speak a variety of languages and help you to reach your own personal fitness goal.
The staff keeps the place very clean and the equipment is well maintained.
Disregard all the negative posts because those are all false. I kid you not, but this is the best gym in all South Florida.
