You don't have to know anything about Crossfit to fit in here All of the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable about proper technique and will work with everyone to make sure their form is correct at all times.... more

Loved this hot yoga class. Got a good sweat in. Loved that the instructor would gently correct my form when it was off. There were so many levels of expertise present so, even though I was new, I didn't feel like I was the only one who didn't know exactly what I was doing.... more
