Loved this hot yoga class. Got a good sweat in. Loved that the instructor would gently correct my form when it was off. There were so many levels of expertise present so, even though I was new, I didn't feel like I was the only one who didn't know exactly what I was doing. Overall, great experience.
Had the chance to enjoy a fantastic session of hot yoga this morning. I went with my best friend who has been inviting me for a while now! Loved it! Will be back! Used the showers being that I had to go straight to work, very clean, great shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Wonderful experience overall.
I love this studio. So spacious. Can hold a hundred persons. Never have to worry about touching your neighbors' feet:-)

Oh , the last but not the least, Tara is a great teacher. Her core45 class is fun and the sequence is fun and effective. She welcomes modification and I never feel being judge or being pushed.Her music is uplifting but not too loud.

Been going since July, 2017. Great instructors and clean facilities. Every instructor is different and after getting to know them, you can pretty much predict the intensity of their classes (although you ultimately decide that). I've always had a good experience at The Yoga Joint. I started here as a true beginner and can definitely feel the difference. Great choice!

The best yoga experience going. Great instructors, clean clean clean throughout. Tough classes and therapeutic classes. I've been consistently attending over a year and I lost weight without even trying.

Travling on business and checked out Yoga Joint on a whim. I was pleasantly surprised. Great workout, great music, clean, friendly, challenging.. exactly what I was looking for! Thanks Yoga Joint - will be back!
My favorite yoga studio in South FL!!! Teachers and staff are caring, inspiring and continually evolving. The vast array of classes accommodates my busy schedule. And I absolutely love how Paige continues to keep this studio exciting with inventive, fun and challenging classes.

There is a lot to like about this studio and I've been coming here since it opened. It is very clean which I appreciate in a hot yoga space. The flow of the classes is very nice. However, I cannot handle the LOUD music and the instructors using a microphone. Ironic-considering I'm married to a musician and I love music-in a restaurant, bar, concert... We are constantly assaulted by noise activity and the one place I look to relax is in a yoga class. I'm not talking about spa like music or whale sounds, it's full on pop music, complete with lyrics and a beat. So loud that the instructors now use a microphone to be heard. In my opinion, this is counter to the "awareness" yoga is supposed to be fostering. It is a distraction to being "present and in the moment" and truly meditating in motion. Perhaps this is the trend for the world these days but I am looking to "unplug" so I will sadly be looking for a new studio. I really like everything else about this place but I cannot take it anymore. All of their classes play music.
Although this studio is very clean and the instructors are knowledgeable, they tend to turn up the volume in their classes. Every time I return I find it louder and less relaxing. I've been coming here on and off for years but I've noticed a real change in the atmosphere and it is the music, the microphones and the up tempo. I started wearing earplugs to calm the noise and make my breathing the foreground of sound but the other day it was so loud it played right through the earplugs. I left feeling like I had just done a spinning class at LA fitness. Perhaps this is what the mainstream wants from yoga now; however, I am sad that I will be looking for another studio when this package runs out because of this. It doesn't feel like yoga to me anymore.
Friendly and welcoming staff, Kelly was awesome. The hot fusion class was fun but also very challenging. I really liked the yoga studio, very clean!
Best Yoga studio in south Florida ! It's a very upbeat hot yoga environment and the focus is feeling great and advancing your practice . The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable about adapting poses for every yogis needs. There is a great spirit here and I recommend it highly.
The yoga joint is my sanctuary! I love every class and every teacher. The staff is very friendly, the studio is welcoming, clean and serene. Each teacher is a little different and they are all very knowledgeable and encouraging, a few of my favorites are Molly and Paige but really the entire crew is amazing. Every time I walk in I leave all my worries behind and enjoy the moment. I love the yoga joint so much! If you haven't gone, your missing out.
This is the ONLY yoga studio I will ever go to, I have been practicing here since 2010. The instructors are ALL amazing and it is such a great workout!! I love the YJ :)
Great teachers and class options, just like the other locations. Staff is always so friendly and facilities are always clean.

This place is pure magic - healing, inspiring, and challenging, all at once. Each instructor shares a uniquely enjoyable practice and takes a real interest in guiding you to develop to be the best version of you possible. I am so grateful to have found YJ!
