The best local gym. All of the amenities of a larger gym, but less crowded. Trainer is super motivating and always gives a good workout. Perfect gym for any age group.. I have been going to fit and fight gym for personal training with Conny for a couple months now and I absolutely love it.... more

Loved this hot yoga class. Got a good sweat in. Loved that the instructor would gently correct my form when it was off. There were so many levels of expertise present so, even though I was new, I didn't feel like I was the only one who didn't know exactly what I was doing.... more

They gave the gym a face-lift and changed a few things around. The only thing that seems to elude these people is simple maintenance of equipment. Oil mechanical moving parts. Clean the first off equipment.... more
