I LOVE Pure Pilates. The instructors are great and I have grown much stronger over the year that I have been going. My instructors push me just right and I have done things that I thought would be physically impossible and that is very empowering and FUN! The best local gym. All of the amenities of a larger gym, but less crowded. Trainer is super motivating and always gives a good workout. Perfect gym for any age group.. I have been going to fit and fight gym for personal training with Conny for a couple months now and I absolutely love it.... more
Loved this hot yoga class. Got a good sweat in. Loved that the instructor would gently correct my form when it was off. There were so many levels of expertise present so, even though I was new, I didn't feel like I was the only one who didn't know exactly what I was doing.... more

Nice gym. Sauna don't work. Locker room floor needs to be mopped not just sweeping.. Love this location. Personal training with Brandon Morgan is LIT. He trains with fun, energy and above all, knowledge and care.... more
They gave the gym a face-lift and changed a few things around. The only thing that seems to elude these people is simple maintenance of equipment. Oil mechanical moving parts. Clean the first off equipment.... more
