Amazing place to train. All ages are welcome to train. I've improved a lot my resistance since I'm going there. Coach Aaron is the best coach. He has been very attentive with all my routine.
Love this place because while I do my crosstraining classes, my nephew can play on the soccer field or stay in the lounge area.
Coach Aaron is very patient and pays attention to everyone.
I highly recommend The Barn Sports Facility. The facility is huge with a ton of things to do and very family oriented. The coaches are amazing very approachable, welcoming, and knowledgable. They have an indoor turf field, game/entertainment room, full showers, bathrooms, snack-bar, and an amazing gym. If you are looking to start your fitness journey or to take your fitness up a notch this is the place for you.
This is a very friendly place for all ages. The trainers are attentive and helpful. The workouts are challenging and always different. Trainers are always correcting your form and encouraging you to improve your strength.
