I never write reviews online. However, I had such a good work out session with one of the personal coaches, Andrea. She's incredibly encouraging, and a lot of fun to work with! I am prone to hurting myself while lifting and she was incredibly attentive about preventing any injuries.... more
I love Flow Space. I've been going to classes there off and on since its opening. Always felt welcome and warm walking in. The space is super cool, the teachers are excellent and accommodating, and Flow Space successfully establishes a community feel in town with other artistic events.... more
I've been a member of the Y for many years and they've really improved since I first joined. They recently received a donation of state of the art equipment in the fitness area that rivals any other gym in town.... more
Such a fantastic gym, emphasis on free weights and strongman equipment if you are into that. Fair pricing for the area. Best gym in town, and really the only gym. A gym should be a place where one goes to move heavy things, and train; not exercise.... more
