I loved my experience at Dynasty! I did the Summer Shred program and my coach was amazing! He was so supportive & helped me scale the workouts so that they would work for me. At the time of the class I was 6 months postpartum with my 4th child. The workouts were very challenging, but as I said the coach was very accommodating to my fitness level!By the end of the 6 weeks I was not only stronger in my body, but I became stronger in my mind! I would definitely recommend Dynasty to all of my friends! The coaches & owners are amazing and very passionate about what they do!
Big gym. The coahes are great and the athletes welcome you and treat you like family. I would definitely come back when I go back to FL.
I've never enjoyed exercise more than at Dynasty. I look forward to classes because of both the members and the coaches. Members are friendly and encouraging, which makes the hard work fun. The coaches give very clear tips and corrections in a positive way. The physical space and equipment is very well maintained and clean.
Just wanted to let you know that you've got a great trainer/coach in Lukas. He pushes me, he's pleasant to work with, and is obviously very knowledgeable. But I'm sure you already knew these things! Just wanted to share some positive feedback about what you've got going on at Dynasty Crossfit and the people that make it my favorite box to feel the burn.

My son does the kids summer program. The coaches here are fantastic people and great teachers. He loves coming to workout with the other kids and learn from the coaches. Kids summer cross fit was a great price for a program that lasts all summer.

My wife and I had a great experience at Dynasty. We were new to Crossfit and dropping in from out of town, and the coaches really took care of us and made us feel welcome, as did the other members. Highly recommend this gym.

Great place. I dropped in for about a week and it was a wonderful facility and the people were very kind and made me feel like family. Overall, the environment is very upbeat and fun.
Dropped in to Dynasty CF while on a business trip. Very inviting and all the members were great. Stephanie was a great coach, and very welcoming. Perfect place to get a WOD in!
As an introvert I never thought I would enjoy group workouts until I tried out this place! They have built an experience which is much more than a collection of equipment and routines. Dynasty is a community which is easy to enter, energetic, supportive and very motivating. I can totally recommend Dynasty for everyone who wants to get fit or fitter and have fun while doing so. Great job Sherman and the crew!
In my opinion this gym is second to none! The workouts are great! I love what they program, it's a great mix of strength building and cardio. The community is amazing! Everyone so friendly and welcoming and ready to cheer you on. And the facility is hands down the nicest and cleanest in town.
I am a single mother who does not get a chance to get out much. Joining this team has changed my life. Everyone is so supportive and friendly. The coaches are very knowledgeable and will always go that extra step to make sure you are comfortable, confident and staying on track. The class times are flexible which makes it easy to attend. Definently what I needed in my life. Thanks Dynasty!
I started at Dynasty when a friend suggested we do the "Average to Awesome" program. After only a few weeks we were signing up for the next program "Summer Shred" and are now continuing on to "Summer Shred 3." The workouts are fantastic, the AMAZING coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable, the gym is clean, and the members treat each other like family. Members are kept accountable and because of that I continue to see positive results both physically and mentally each week. I would without hesitation recommend Dynasty.
After months of feeling mentally and physically drained, I finally had enough! I found Dynasty's Average to Awesome 6 week challenge and was instantly hooked! After that 6 week program I joined the summer shred program. Both programs have workouts that are challenging but can be modified if needed. The group setting holds me accountable to attend class and also pushes me to finish the workout. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive and just all around great! The gym is SUPER clean and doesn't have that "gym" smell. I'm happier and healthier than I have been in years! I am a raving fan of Dynasty Crossfit!
Best gym in town!!! It's clean, the coaches are excellent and the members are very encouraging to one another. Sherman ( the owner) checks in with you to make sure you're doing well. I drive from Ocala because this is the only place that has it all !!!!
Dynasty is AMAZING!! From Day 1 they have treated me like family. They encourage me to try new things that I have never tried before but in a safe, positive learning environment. One of the beautiful things about CrossFit is the community and Dynasty truly embraces the meaning of that. All of the members seem truly happy and genuine and I am so lucky to have landed here!!! The coaches are awesome and are always cheering you on and pushing you for that last rep. They have knowledge and constantly teach essential skills needed to properly lift and perform the movements safely. It's the little things like these that keep me coming back week after week wanting more.
