I love Flow Space. I've been going to classes there off and on since its opening. Always felt welcome and warm walking in. The space is super cool, the teachers are excellent and accommodating, and Flow Space successfully establishes a community feel in town with other artistic events. Varied yoga classes are offered to suit my body's mood. My favorites are ones accompanied by live pan drum. In these Covid19 times, I'm so grateful for the online classes whose quality and effectiveness haven't skipped a beat!

Flow space is such a beautiful place. The facilities are unlike any other studio I've ever been to, and all the facilitators are amazing. You truly walk out of class feeling so loved and nourished! They also host super cool workshops every weekend, this is my favorite place in Gainesville!!!
The yoga session was great! I like when the instructor gives 2 or 3 more options for the exercises. She was gentle and it was easy to follow her instructions.
The yoga classes offer nourishment for both body and spirit. Workshops like the singing bowls with yin yoga really speak to a holistic practice which I love. Keep up the amazing work!
The best place for yoga hands down! The environment is beautiful and inviting. There is so much variety in classes available, plus special events and instructive workshops. The instructors are there for questions, help, hands-on adjustments, encouragements, but also give you the freedom to make your practice your own.
I have always been happy with the instructors and events at Flowspace. My favorite instructor is Nick.
This place is like no other yoga studio in town. It's so much more! God people who really know how to have fun! They like to do things "weird" as they say. They like to flow. They like goats and kittens. And onesies. The peeps who attend this wonderful place are the ones who spin fire, do yoga, dance crazy, and laugh a lot. Such good people. A great place to practice your yoga or find sweet new friends. Maggie and Henna really know how to host a party and create community. I am SO glad this place exists! Thank you!

I remember always the curiosity years ago before this space was open to the public, of what it looked like inside. I am so stoked this place is in this lovely transient town. This place has changed my life ever since i stepped foot into it and continues too. I am so grateful to be apart of flow and Evolve as a collective culture of change and Evolution

The classes at flow space are the most enjoyable and grounding part of my weekly routing as well as boon to my fitness regiment.
The space has a gorgeous homelike aesthetic full of artwork that gives it a unique feel when compared to the typical sterile fluorescence of gyms and fitness centers.
The instructors are passionate and knowledgeable and offer clear direction and feedback to help you excel in your practice confidently and safely. There are a wide variety of class styles and variations within each class are masterfully woven together to allow you to find "your class" and pacing without ever feeling out of sync with the rhythm of the room.
The entire staff is warm, friendly, and responsive and often make it feel less like a business and more like a community.
Whether you are new to yoga and fitness or are seeking to add new depth to your athletics, this is a great place to get your flow on.
I've been practicing here for 2 years and Flow Space provides the foundation of my yoga practice and overall physical well being.
The building is gorgeous, teachers are incredible, I've been introduced to Acro and Aerial Yoga, and I feel like part of the Flow Space family.
