The workouts at MAD are amazing. I always feel like I worked hard, even on days I'm not feeling it. Only having to commit to 4x a week is also great. A lot of places want you to go in everyday or do a challenge to do 15 classes in 20 days, but MAD isn't that.... more

This gym is never crowded, offers lunchtime yoga classes and always clean. totally worth it!. My usual gym is the MINT Dupont location, but I've gone to several classes at MINT Downtown and have always been happy with my experience! I am a regular client here. Sometimes I have a 60 minute massage. Today I had a 90 minute one as some travel had left me stiff and with strained muscles. The massage was unbelievably good and the the support and guidance was outstanding.... more
