Love this place! If you want a straight to the point lifting gym this is your place! They don't have the silly rules that most chains have. They have a ton of equipment! I almost never had to wait or feel like I needed to fight the crowds for equipment.... more
It is with regret that I now rate CPY as 2 star. I was a member of this studio for several years. I did my teacher training here. I have lots of reasons to be fond of these folks. In fact, I moved 1,400 miles to come to Colorado in part so that I could attend this studio and take yoga teacher training here.... more

The staff is friendly, the equipment is clean, and they have all the amenities needed so all you need is your workout clothes and a swimsuit. Everything else is provided. Great atmosphere to workout and also get a chance to relax.... more

Awesome place. I love the tiny rock wall! It's well worth the $10 price for the whole year. As others have stated, the music can get a bit loud. Last time I was there they were playing what seemed to be the radio and so advertisements were playing and that was quite annoying.... more
Great clean gym for a great workout. The Cardio theater is fantastic for just distracting you while you are huffing and puffing. There is more than enough equipment for everyone.The locker rooms and showers are clean and roomy.... more
Very good equipment and lots of machines. I never liked to go on Ft. Carson while in the military, now after separation I use it much more regularly.. I love this gym. Has everything, a climbing wall, free weights, excellent and well maintained exercise equipment, a track upstairs, and a swimming pool.... more
I was looking to sign-up for a membership three months ago. The advertised monthly fee was marked down, and their whiteboard said that annual fees were waived. I clarified before signing the contract about my final costs.... more
