Incredible experience! Highly recommend! I was looking for a little "treat myself" experience and found this. Staff very helplful and nice. I was greeted by 2 sweet fur babies. The whole experience from the massage chairs to the float left me in a blissful state physically and emotionally
A must do experience. I am a float regular and always will be. A great way to decompress and regain focus in this busy life. The owner is an amazing individual. If you struggle with stress, lack of sleep, or anxiety, go do a float. It is a natural healthy way to treat such conditions and it really works.

I had trouble getting into the float my first time due to how we are constantly engaged in sensory activities throughout our day and floating was a withdrawal of that BUT by my second float (today) the 90 minutes went by so fast and this will definitely be a part of my monthly routine. It makes the body feel so relaxed. Thank you REST for a wonderful experience!

Worst float to go to in Colorado. Multiple bad experiences. Smells funny. Bad customer service, meaning you'll feel very uncomfortable. A very raggidy place considering where it's located downtown. Save yourself the time, money, and energy and go somewhere different. Constant construction, and no parking because of the limit on time with meters.

This place is the best. So glad we have something this dope in Colorado Springs. Floating is an amazing relaxing, restful, peaceful, de stressing, enlightening, meditative, physical and mental therapeutic, experience. The staff is the nicest this place is nothing simply but awesome.
Top notch experience. Jason (owner) and his staff showed me 1st class welcome and immediate relaxation in zeroG chair winding down before the actual float. Tranquil atmosphere aids in winding down even after long 9 hour day at work. Float was amazing. Kept having mixed experiences of being in space or the movie the Abyss. Left and commuted home in a euphoric state. The 60min float was amazing and will go back for 90min. Just to note to allow more time than just your scheduled float time to allow for chair time, pre- & post-shower and to enjoy a post float complimentary tea to rehydrate. As a full-time endurance coach I will be recommending this to my athletes and other business leaders in our community that need to disconnect.

So I went there for the first time and immediately was helps with excellent service. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I was able to clear my chakras in minutes. Floating in the tank really gave a new experience meditating. Hands down the best place to do so is here. I look forward to coming again and again hopefully with friends and students of Truth.
This should be explored for anyone with anxiety, depression, PTSD, TBI l, or behavioral issues. It's a great approach to therapy and can benefit anyone. Give it a shot, but prepare to try it multiple times to get comfortable and get the full benefits from it. Staff, equipment, and location are great.
