Hot on Yoga is a clean community oriented studio that focuses on giving you a class the way it is supposed to be with a full body and mind connection. The teachers are some of the best that know how to push you that extra bit so that constantly grow in your practice.

I love this studio for its monthly unlimited prices (drop in can be more) and class times. Clean and friendly! Always feel refreshed afterward!

Their December price deals are too good, I almost feel like I'm stealing classes at this point. The instructors I've met are very nice and the classes are just what I needed. It also happens to be incredibly convenient to where I live.

I love this studio! I had my ACL replaced a few years ago and was nervous I would never get a full range of motion back. The instructors here have helped me so much and my range of motion is so much better! I cannot recommend this studio enough!

I've only had great classes and really enjoy the instructors. I've been to many yoga studios that feel too exclusive, like if I'm not there twice a day then I don't belong. I have a demanding career and chronic injuries so I miss months at a time, but I never feel like I'm not welcome. I love that!

We love Jordan! He is knowledgeable & very helpful. I am 37wks pregnant & he adjusted all of my positions so i could still have valuable movements, stretches, & class. My boyfriend loved the class as well! (I am no where near a yoga professional or even a steady student. He made me feel like I was doing really great & makes me want to come back for more fun & learning. )

I am a beginner and it was my second class I went to today. I am a little overweight and I had decided to take up yoga to better my mind and body. I was obviously struggling throughout the class and the instructor had embarrassed me the whole class by calling me out in front of the class telling me what I was doing wrong. And then towards the end I was already there for about an hour and I wasnt feeling good. I was light headed and had a massive headache so I had silently gotten up with mg husband and tried to leave. The instructor loudly called me out and said I couldn't leave. And she told me I couldn't come back if I left. I was embarrassed, ran out and cried. I was so trying so hard to work on myself and she embarrassed me. She is very passive aggressive.

The people that own this as well as the staff that work for them are some of the most phenomenal people that had the pleasure of not only going to getting to work with in my health and fitness regimen. The studio is amazing at their classes are wonderful. A must check out if you live in Colorado Springs

I have been practicing at Hot on Yoga for a little over a year. I love coming into the studio. I always feel welcomed by the staff and have a great feeling when I arrive. This is one of the most welcoming studios in town. I am a plus size lady snd was nervous when I first stwrted with the studio. I didn't know what to expect but I have been encouraged to grow and try all the classes the studio has to offer. Being here is great, the teachers are so helpful and willing to show you what they know, you just have to be open to growing with them.

Hot On Yoga has some good, challenging classes and some others that are truly relaxing. The studio is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The humidity and temperature of the "hot" aspect of the class also seems to be just right. I have always left feeling refreshed and like the class was worth it. Some of the instructors seem to be going through the motions, but it's understandable because it's their job and after a while you just gotta get through it. My one gripe is that some of the staff act kind of weird towards people who are overweight or don't fit the mold of what is considered those who "do yoga." (Rolling my eyes right now.) That was a big turn off for me -- as I feel fitness should be offered for everybody of all shapes and sizes. Maybe they've changed as far as that goes, but I'd rather take my friends somewhere that feels less judgemental.

Very friendly and competent staff along with well maintained facilities. Easy to check in on line prior to class. Went as a drop-in. Would return.

Love it! Been practicing at Hot On for about 3 months now, primarily the Hot Yoga class but have started getting into some of the Vinyasa recently. I've had the opportunity to work with Christine, Mike, Amber, and Jordan and have had an awesome experience with each of them. Highly recommend the practice for the physical experience on its own, but it's also a fantastic way to come back to center mentally and spiritually.

Wendi is the best instructor for restorative Yin yoga!!! Jordan or Rita do very good as well. All 3 take the time to tell you why your doing the poses or what to expect from them. They do not push you past what your body is saying it can handle. They also remind you of your breathing and have ever so calming voices.

But one of the main classes at this studio is hot yoga after all, so by the time I go to Yin the room is usually warmer than need be, you can Wade in the sweat on the floor, or it's soaked into the lobbies cloth seats, and the smell of sweat in the props provided. Ewwww!

I didn't realize yoga was a competitive sport so the poster of the people doing their yoga challenge out in the lobby is a bit of a turn off. But I've never been a big fan of public displays of who can top who. I'm just waiting for the next poster to be about who's got the better spandex or Lycra outfit.

My friend and I had a Groupon so we tried it out. First I don't understand how people can be on here writing a review when they work there. I would say if you need a Hot Yoga class on that side of town, so you don't have to go in the other side of town then go ahead. But i found some if the instructors to be really nice like Mike or really aggravated and ill-tempered like Christine (who happens to have a written a review on her own place of employment...no no no). It seems the instructors are Core Power trained which I am not a big fan of because It is the same class. But if you like the same class and don't feel like driving to the competition then by all means go here. Studio was nice and parking was easy. But for me it's not worth it. Sorry but if you charge for Yoga it better be something better than where it's cheaper or even free:)

This is a great place to practice yoga. The instruction is top notch, and the facilities are the best in town. Some of the other studios in town have a grungy feel to them, but Hot On Yoga is as clean as an operating room.

Tried studios all over the U.S. and this one is top notch! Love Hot on Yoga! The place is clean, there is great variety in the offered classes, and the staff is knowledgeable.

HIIT with Amber is my new favorite! What a class! I have no idea what to expect but after today I know there will be a lot more HIIT to come. It was a total body workout. The short breaks let you power through to do more than you would imagine possible. I feel healthy and sore as if I worked out at the gym for three hours. Great combination with the standard yoga and vinyasa classes.

Hot yoga was intense! What a workout. I felt amazing after and completely drenched.

SUP yoga at Quail Lake was phenomenal!!!! Christine is sweet, skilled and fun! I had no prior knowledge of SUP but we were expertly lead and everyone was a pro by the end! Try it out.

Once in a lifetime, worthwhile experience!
