Did a guest pass. The staff is friendly and the u jam class was super fun.I don't know where to begin. They have 2 hand dryers. One barely works, other one works quite well. Has been like this 8 to 9 months.... more
Bad service need to improve. The facials and the lymphobiology are awesome! I usually get a bad case of bronchitis in the winter. I did a series of sessions and recovered from my cold with no complications for the time in years.... more
I love the place. All teachers are good and take care of all students. My daughter loves to go there...Amazing place, I am very happy with the progress my daughter is making, thanks to Milpitas Star Aquatic.... more
Pretty pricey initiation fee, but the amenities, equipment and facilities available at this club are high standard, high quality and aiming for a club/gym experience that is par excellence.... more
This review comes from their 5-years customer who was trying to cancel his membership because of move, and they still have to charge him for one additional month, because the payment has already been processed and they cannot do anything about it ! I actually called their front desk a day before and wanted to cancel over the form, the receptionist mentioned you have to come in person and sign a form.... more
Good facilities.Worst customer service. I was about to pay for a party space, but the guy I was working with went on vacation without saying anything. Then woman who took over cant seem to function unless you send her an email.... more

This place is nothing remotely like when it was called decathlon club. It is now all the expenses and none of the benefits once existed. That bar and TVs that gave the entrance a look and some excitement are gone.... more

I have been a member since this club was Called CLUB ONE. Club SPORT used to be the best fitness health club in the Bay Area. It is saddening me to see the club is no longer kept clean anymore.... more
We have spent a lot of money on classes with very little progression. This combined with an unfriendly front office makes attending somewhat questionable. Kids like the social aspect.... more
lots of cool stuff like plenty of equipment, sauna, pool, hot tub, etc..Friendly receptionist and a lot of space. This club is really huge. Restrooms are relatively clean and there are a lot of amenities like swimming pool etc.... more
Locker room floors are constantly wet and the staff requires you to check out the tricep rope because someone 'stole' an extremely used one that was over due for being replaced. In honesty it was probably thrown away because it was so worn out.... more
Now it is permanently closed it's not open today everyone and it will never be open ever again but it was a good gym lot of us we'll miss that place and I love the swimming pool in the jacuzzi and the cold water but now they are gone so sad.... more
I joined this gym about a week ago and I love it! The fact it is open 24 hours is a plus since I'm usually off work late, and the price is great. I have the Black Card Membership for about $22 and I can bring a guest whenever, and get access to some great stuff, like the massage chairs.... more
The locker rooms have been disgusting since I started. Things were stolen off my bike in front of the gym at the gyms bike rack and the manager looked @ me crazy when I said to take a preventative measure.... more
Below zero! Very bad experience with private lessons. If anything happens and you plan to go to top management, you will be chocked of how BAD you will be treated. NO RESPECT at all.... more
No shower and no safe lockers but great for the bucks..Used to be great gym but of late management is ignoring things. 1. Drinking water supply is broken for more than a month. 2. Many useful weight training equipment's are removed like shoulder shrugs machine and many leg exercise machines.... more
Absolutely love this gym. I am 70 and people welcome all people here. Even disabled people. Not at all like a "HE MAN GYM" PLUS the classes and instructors are great. I wish they had bathing suit dryers in the ladies dressing room.... more
