I liked the exercises and it seemed to help my back pain! They were helpful to me but alittle to expensive for me to to do it for too long.... more
Used to go here when it still was the Right Stuf. Loved the yoga classes but it would get crowded. Prefer it above the 24 hour gym. Staff was ok.. I love this club because the membership fees are reasonable, the club is clean and the personal trainers are AMAZING! My favorite personal trainer is Scott Powell.... more
This gym was good one year ago. But recently the owner wants to attract more members so they gave some promotions on monthly membership fee. Now the gym's group classes are always crowded and you can not even find a spot on the yoga class.... more
Amazing for the price! The facility has everything you really need to make good gains.. I never workout at this location but there's always plenty of people in and out actually met one of the guys who go around the country setting up these little affordable gyms and he seemed to be very nice.... more
When I go work out each time, I feel very safe and comfortable there.. I like the online sign up process. They have kids activities that we like. Close to home. Warm staff members. Thumbs up!... more
THIS FIT REPUBLIC KEPT CHARGING ME EVEN AFTER THEY TOLD ME MY MEMBERSHIP WAS CANCELLED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL HAVE HIDDEN FEES AFTER YOU LEAVE. Would NOT refund me any of the fees when I confronted them later.... more
The amenities and transport access of these apartments is great. But please be mindful that the low construction quality and the unmindful neighbors can make this not a place worth living in, we lived in different apartments for 3 years and always moved because of noise issues - children jumping above your bedroom, people putting on washer/dryer/vaccum at odd hours of the night.... more
A very structured program based on youth fitness, the staff is really nice with some minor issues with communication gaps or mis communication. it is torture don't send your kid there... more
Dr. Shergill doesnt deserve to be a doctor!!! He seem like he cares for you but in reality he cares about taking your MONEY!!! I was over charge $500 just for a doctors appointment, just ridiculous! Better if he cylinder his doctor certificate and did I mention he doesnt deserve his title of being a Doctor! I want to warn everybody who is considering this Doctor, not only his medicine doesnt work but he will cheat you of your money!.... more
