I love to workout here. I wish they have hip thrusts machine and hack squat machine, but anyways everything else is fine. Staff members are so kind and welcoming.. I love all of the classes that I've ever taken here.... more
Great workout, super energy. The only negative is the hygienic standard, you change between floor and treadmill - if you are unlucky like I was and the other person sweats a lot and doesn't clean in between changes than you have to clean yourself constantly after another person.... more

This studio is so welcoming and inviting, and the instructors take immense pride in their work. The ambiance is very zen and warm, and there are so many classes to choose from. Restorative classes are there for the days you just need to stretch and relax, and power classes are there for the days you want to work.... more

People who work here are rude.. This place is awesome. I dropped in a couple of times while I was here for work and really enjoyed the quality of coaching I received. I do crossfit primarily so I've been exposed to a little rowing, but not much from a technique point of view.... more

Tried the 10 day trial- I've been doing Hot yoga for over a year at another studio. It was cheap enough that it was worth a shot. I was pretty disappointed Pros: -they provide towels and mats, but they also don't let you use your own if you want to.... more
