I live between P4L gyms on Mission|Castro and FIDI. I like this one better because of coach Garrett. I change my schedule to make sure that I can attend his class. He is new coach but he goes extra mile to make sure that you perform exercise correctly.... more
Such a great gym - family-owned, with motivating trainers and really tough workouts. Great customer service too..You'll always get a great workout at Yubalance, they have an awesome variety of HIIT classes and the trainers are all great - especially Joshua and Maike.... more
Classes are small. Staff is responsive to emails and helpful in waitlist scheduling and/or cancellations. Led by knowledgable instructors. Studio is clean, modern and classes are usually available, even when waitlisted.... more
