It's fine. The changing areas are smaller than at some others I've been to, and really pretty lacking in space generally. I've taken Nikki's class twice but I will definitely try to avoid taking a class from her again.... more
Nice facilities, great instructors, friendly staff. Luigi is awesome!. Bikes are way too close together here. Constantly knocking elbows with the person next to you during handlebar pushups and stretching.... more

I love this place! The trainers push you to your limit and are also very friendly too. It's a love hate relationship! I have been traveling so I haven't been to their new spot but I look forward to seeing them in the near future to endure more of their abuse!;).... more
I love their design and the location by the water. It's interesting how they're able to fit a lot of things here. I hate that they don't provide towels for the showers though. There's also no lockers, meaning people can steal your stuff while you shower.... more
Excellent workout! Consider getting ear plugs at the front desk. Music gets loud.. If I had limitless disposable income, I would come to Barry's every day. But my bank account tells me no.... more

Mission Cliffs is an interesting mix of old school and new school. There's a spin studio, sauna, modern clean locker room, modern holds, routes actually get re-set. The walls themselves remind me of rock climbing indoors in the 90s, and pieces of colored tape are even left on the walls from that era.... more

Barry's SOMA is OK. I like the FiDi Barry's more as it's bigger. There is no parking nearby, but they validate the parking that's under the building.. Instructors are so personal and great! Incredible work out... more

Super fun instructors and staffs! Always great workout riding with them!. Compared to a peloton bike these aren't even close but for a group spin class it wasn't bad. Fly wheel Seattle seemed to maintain their bikes better but that could have been a newer studio.... more
Crazy ass workout - they work you hard until you can't go anymore. Just wish they'd not turn the music to eardrum burst levels.. This place definitely exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be just another bootcamp or pilates studio in a not so great location , but it was much better.... more
Definitely a 5-star. Great equipment. Not as crowded as Fitness SF during busy hours. So plenty of fresh air to breathe in, while working out.. Adequate neighborhood gym with a pair of squat racks and supply of free weights.... more
