I joined at the Mid-Market location in late 2019 and have been very happy with my experience! Top quality machines, free weights and all other equipment. I was previously at Equinox and I feel that I get the same or better quality for a much lower cost .... more

Definitely not going back. The facility is clean, classes are decent, equipment is modern, but for the price, one would expect more courteous/ professional staff.. Nicer and much cleaner than Corte Madera.... more

Nice it look like theater for whoever like to see a movie while they are workin out at same time might love it .It is clean but, pretty small for wherever I really like it .They don't have one specific area that i really like to workouts and i didn't see anything like sauna and steam rooms.... more
I like it kind of small. Doesn't get too busy when I come in the morning. But at night it just kind of packed but still no complaints here. I'm pretty easy-going.. The staff are great, but it's just kinda small.... more
My first class a woman fell and hurt her ankle but because the instructor was all the way on the other side of the class it took her a while to even notice...and that was with us trying to call her over.... more
Smaller than other locations but convenient. Less busy now that the transbay location opened in December.. Worst customer service. I tried to cancel my membership in November and they apparently don't teach their staff how to do it properly? I stopped getting charged so I assumed it had been cancelled but I suddenly got a 350 dollar charge months later in January from fitness sf.... more
This place used to be awesome, now they've oversold the hell out of it. Impossible to get any of the machines you want. People are working out in every inch of the gym, you can barely walk through without getting whipped in the face by a jump rope.... more
