I went to the Saturday class and I am so pleased I found this place. The class instructor was so nice, helped me correct my form. The only down side is that it's not close to my house but worth the drive! You are going to love the ambiance of this place.... more

I'm no fitness beast, but when I take a class at P360 I feel included, supported, and encouraged. At other gyms I'm sometimes embarrassed to be using less weight or running way slower than everyone else, but at P360 that never happens.... more

I waited in the lobby as my partner had a reiki session. The lobby was nicely lit with relaxing music playing and a free crystal rewards for review sign was also up ^.^. This is hands down one of the best yoga studios in San Diego!!!! I love all their classes and teachers and the front desk reception is full of amazing yoga inspired, spiritual gifts.... more
