Sean and Ant are great coaches. They teach you all the weightlifting/powerlifting skills w/o any of the condescending broscience that you are apt to find in big box gyms. I had to take a break due to business trips all the time but the gym also has a remote programming service if you're perpetually on the road like I am.... more

Love the Star-Trac machines with the flip switches for selecting weight. Really need to get a second cable machine because the one gets busy.. Walking into this gym feels cramped compared to the wide opened ceilings of the other Calfit locations I've been to, but this gym has recently improved due to the new equipment they installed and friendly staff and trainers.... more
