This is the best gym ever hands down. Talk about getting a burn
Friendliest fitness center I've ever been part of and well maintained machines. With two floors of free weights and machines, there are always new opportunities to keep your workout fresh. Add in some stimulating classes as well as skilled and personable trainers, and it has everything I need.
Great, staff, gym. Has a lot of equipment and alot of classes. Overall a great family gym with daycare.
I really wanted to like this place. It's one off those great little neighborhood gyms. Not too crowded and close to home. But the smell! Why do they use chemical scents (air fresheners) in a place people go to be healthy? Maybe they think the benefits of working out will counter all of the chemicals you breathe in and that coat your lungs and nostrils and get into your blood stream while you're working out?! Unbelievable.
Love this place. Great staff and I specially like Antonio. He always goes up to me and makes sure I am enjoying my workout. Great gym
I like this gym and their equipment. Good atmosphere and some great trainers. I'd like to see the workout area a little more spacious.
After my horrid experience with 24 Hour Fitness, I decided on joining this gym. BEST decision ever. It's the perfect size and has all I need to get me on the road back to my ultimate health including an amazing sauna! The room for classes is enormous. I was never one for classes, but I will try them here.
Staff is super friendly and so welcoming! Very clean, always has parking and childcare is free. Upon stepping on the treadmill for the first time at this gym, I can honestly say it feels like home! I am going to completely enjoy my workouts and feel so encouraged here. I absolutely love this gym!

I love this gym! It's small but efficient. There are plenty of free weights and machines. Dumbbells go well over 100lbs. Free classes. Definitely a gym focused on weights.

Love it here! Lost over 25 pounds in 3 months and that's only because I would stop going. Still have 30 more pounds to lose before the big wedding.

This gym is really unorganized they can't even fill out proper paper work for my gym pass they claim I started in March when I started in April and I even told them to go Chek the cameras to prove that I only started to come in April. They checked the system and they don't even have me in there then I asked when the owner is going to be there and they said take his email. Not like he's going to reply regardless.
My type of workout facility. Smaller but well equipped with a friendly staff. Open until midnight. If you desire a trainer, try Danny - for great motivation and results.

A great neighborhood gym. Welcoming and fun.
It is close to home. Staff are nice. Variety of people use the gym--old and young, male and female.
Used to love LOVE this gym. The girls in childcare - amazing. Staff is absolutely great. I have been a member for over three years and must say that the recent shift (in the last year) is not for the better. As a professional with children, I build my daily schedule around kids' activities and my gym classes. When classes get cancelled on regular basis it begs a question - what is more important to the owners of this establishment - neon light up signs for the esthetics of the gym OR higher incentives for the trainers who actually show up and teach classes? Perhaps one should think if retaining members (which actually pays your bills) is more important.... The only reliable trainer who taught evening classes was Naja. Please consider getting her back on the schedule. It is getting old. And I am not the only one with this complaint.
TWO to ONE star - Update - instructor no show again last night! Front desk had no clue whether she is coming in or not ... NOT the service I or other ladies who carve out time from their busy schedules to come in to the gym. Off to give my money to a more reliable gym.

I've been in enough gyms in my life to know Fitness System is a great place. My first visit was on a Friday at about 7:00pm.
I was completely surprised to see that it wasn't a sardine can. Picture 24-Hour Fitness (in Greenhaven) at around 10:00pm, OR picture Crunch five minutes before closing. That's basically how Fitness System looked, again, on a Friday at 7:00pm. That's not to say people aren't there. But it's just not ....CROWDED.
The facility is nice, and clean. The equipment is excellent - the preacher curl machine in the corner of the mirrors is one of the best feeling preachers I've ever used - and the staff I've met during my short time there so far, are very nice.
Lastly, I live in Greenhaven. It takes me about 7 minutes to get from my driveway, to the gym's parking lot, which means I don't have to drive 15 minutes to Crunch at 10:00pm in hopes the gym has cleared out.
Completely happy with Fitness System
The staff are very friendly and help, and the gym boasts a great diversity of equipment to exercise with.
My only complaint is simply the size of the gym and the availability of the equipment; on days and times where there is only a moderate amount of people in the gym, many of the stations (like the power/squat racks) are often constantly occupied--which means you're spending more time at the gym, either waiting for your turn or opting to work in with the person at the station. This problem is compounded more during peak hours.
It's a really nice snug but open feeling and the workers are nice
I love this place. Everything is in pretty good condition and clean, and it's open 24 hours. You find a range of fitness levels - everything from old people lifting a couple of pounds to serious body builders making noise. The price is right, too.
Great staff and wonderful kids room. Our kids are always excited to go to the gym to see their friends while we work out.

Everybody is really nice. I never feel like anyone is watching or judging me. But most people take the time to get to know you.
