Just about everything that I want in a gym - machines, free weights, classes, pool, steam room, sauna, and towel service - plus the staff is friendly and the fees are reasonable. I've worked out at a lot of gyms and no matter how nice the gym is, there will always be issues so it's refreshing when the management is genuinely concerned about making things as good as possible.... more

Cedric is a versatile coach who surpasses conditioning practices along with attentive bagwork/mitt work by switching it up every week I've been here. Beastie is a gem of a gym and I'm so glad I'm able to join his high performance classes weekly and having them not only exceed my expectations of learning the basics of boxing, but to also learn the professional way to work out like a real fighter.... more

I took my cousin here for her birthday and I had a great experience. This place is clean and cute and their prices are great. They're open late AND they have great parking. Definitely a hole in the wall and probably the best thing in that plaza.... more

I like this place as a to go quick work out spot in Pasadena. The location is right next to a 90 mins free parking structure which is really easy for people. Trainers are great! The only thing I have problem with is the management team.... more

The pool here is 5 lanes wide and 23 meters long of pure, salty zen. For a pool this large in the middle of San Francisco, it really doesn't get too crowded--only once have I had to circle swim with two others in my lane.... more
