Very nice atmosphere very kind people with very good instructors..Pool is nicely made, the water wasnt bad at all. My eyes didnt hurt and it didnt taste horrible. Locker rooms were good and it looks great.... more

Bathrooms are Never CLEAN. IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN NEED REPAIR, IT TAKES MONTHS TO REPAIR. HOT WATER DOESN'T WORK FOR DAYS. YOU TELL STAFF OF A PROBLEM OR SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE FIXED, THEY ACT LIKE IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM, VERY NONCHALANT.... more

The employees are always sitting talking in the phone laughing and having a good time. They are rude when you ask them something they ignore you or respond rude. The machines have gums, dirty paper towels, and are always sticky.... more
