It's pricier than a normal gym membership, but 168 is not a regular gym and the individualized attention you get from the team is like having a personal trainer. Meeting Chad, Ana, Dustin, and doing the Fit In 42 program was the best decision I ever made.... more
Cody Bitler is the greatest trainer, obviously very experienced and really good teacher. Seriously addicted to boxing at Petramale Boxing! Everyone is so nice and helpful! The coaches are very attentive to every individual person even though it is a group class.... more

Amazing bouldering gym!!! Not so great for top rope... I used to dislike bouldering and only do top rope, this gym made me like bouldering. Great place, a lot of route to find those that suits and motivate you.... more
This is my favorite gym by far that I've been to in my region!!! Love the vibes, the environment, the music, and best of all the people! They have a CLEAN facility with equipment not available in cookie cutter gyms like 24 Hour Fitness or LA Fitness.... more

I have been to many yoga and hiit studies but white heat yoga has the best hiit class in town. I just wish it was more than 2times a week. The teachers are fantastic high energy fun hot hiit class.... more
