This is probably the best spin studio in terms of cleanliness, equipment, and they give you free shoes. I wish they had cold towels like cycle house but Flywheel looks and feels cleaner and newer.... more
Excellent private fitness center. Sylviane is a very experienced, knowledgeable trainer. She can make Pilates a challenging workout or a therapeutic session. She watches you every minute and catches everything.... more
Have gone to Margaret's Circuit Rowing class a few times now and I am addicted. She is so focused on form which has always been my issue when I get tired.... The class is a challenging but fun with the addition of the team-based races! Great class!!.... more

Great classes for all levels, teachers are very nice and gives motivation! The classes challenging and changing every class. I love this place, highly recommended :). Horrible yoga studio! The classes seem great, but the owner and teachers have WAY too much of an ego to ever care about customer service! Oh and the owner allows his dirty dog to run around the yoga studio.... more

Rise nation is a small gym that uses versa climbers the actual workout is good, the lights are good, the music is good all that is good it's all to be expected BUT reserving climbers can be tricky since they CAN and THEY WILL give away your climber if it's a popular class, time, or both.... more
Love all HIIT house classes. You will be sweaty and sore! Their schedule is set so that every day focuses on a diff workout ie. Chest & back on Mon, Shred full body Thurs etc. Makes it super easy to plan my workout for the week.... more
