I should have read the reviews.... it looks like they have a company competition of which location can keep the most credit card numbers from their customers. I talked to the managers and her staff, no one would help me out. I payed for twice weekly personal training, but after only one session my trainer recommended three days per week and said "you'll see faster results" and of course I agreed. One week later, he again suggested I increase training to go to four times per week with the fifth day free. So, of course I increased again thinking this would be the best deal possible. I am new to weight lifting and personal training, so the five days a week became too much for me physically. I asked to downgrade back to my original two days a week. Guess what, they won't let you downgrade and they continued charging me for $950. What makes it worse is they didn't tell me they'd continue charging me the same, even though I had the reduced schedule. I had to discover this by reviewing my credit card statement at the end of last month! They told me they won't refund any of the money, that's it's impossible to return it and they have a contract. They showed me the month to month contract I thought I had signed, but they sneaked in a two month contract to extend it one additional month. They blatantly tricked me! Talking again with the managers and employees, they just kept saying they can't do anything, that we have a contract. So reluctantly I'm finishing out my personal training sessions (that I already paid for) as they won't refund my money. The entire experience was ridiculous - unprofessional and abusive of this business.
