Gold's GymStudio is clean and new. Due to the variable instruction and extremely loud music in some classes, I really debated the stars here. But, if everyone can follow the lead of the instructor who pays attention and plays music at a reasonable volume, this could be a really great studio.... more
Update: So frustrating. The management made the appearance of trying to make things right... Which would be great if they actually had. Promised a refund. "Maybe you can change your review now?" I told them I would once it processed.... more
Gold's Gym is by far the best of a social locations. They have 2 levels one focusing on strength machines and weights. Am the 2nd floor dominant in cardiovascular exercises. They have the best staff all are very friendly.... more
Great place to work out. Trainers are top notch, friendly, funny and know their stuff..They do not know how to properly handle customers. I asked for a call back and they didn't get back to me until I called again.... more
worst customer service ever! I'm a 9 years member, last year it took 3 months to renew the membership due to some glitches in the system. This time I have been trying to renew my membership since November, now in February my rate is no longer available for some incomprehensible reason.... more
