Worst indoor playground ever. Managers kid walking around with food in his hand, dropping food all over, no changing table, super dirty floor mostly with food particles and tissues inside the play area.... more

The flow hot yoga class is awesome and every instructor I have had has been great. I will go back for sure. Love it. It's not too hot but hot enough to make you SWEAT!!!! Took my first class today and I loved every bit of it.... more
I was disappointed. Not that the class was bad but not what I was expecting it was as a gym fitness class without shoes. This truly is the most wonderful yoga studio. The staff is so kind and the teachers are very understanding and offer playful, unique flows.... more

Great, small gym without all the ridiculousness you see at other gyms around LA. I love it because it's one of the few gyms that have a basketball court, which was a big selling point.... more
Amazing classes and instructors. I wish the studio had a location on the west side near Santa Monica or in Mar Vista.. They are nice group of welcoming staff. I wish the room was a bit larger and cooler but most of the instructors are professional and encouraging.... more

Only thing I liked about here were some of the trainers' personalities.. This place is amazing. Friendly, clean, and modern this facility will whip you into shape. You can attend a number of crossfit classes throughout the day or if you feel like you crossfit intimidates you in any way there are crosstrain classes available.... more
