I had the opportunity to do a 6 week online challenge with the orange shoe nutrition consultant Greg Smith and LOVED it! He put together an awesome challenge over thanksgiving and Christmas that has helped us lose weight over the holidays while still enjoying our holiday get togethers!!! He not only gave us tips and support himself but he also connected us with people all over that were in the same challenge to support and motivate each other as well as hold each other accountable.... more
