He put together an awesome challenge over thanksgiving and Christmas that has helped us lose weight over the holidays while still enjoying our holiday get togethers!!! The staff are friendly and the equipment is in good condition. The couple of times I saw a machine that was out of order, it was fixed within 1 to 2 weeks.. Fantastic and dedicated personal trainers and instructors, very nice pool, nice variety of equipment, facility is clean, nice community atmosphere where all are welcome regardless of age or ability, lots of helpful programs for youth and adults, I've been very pleased and grateful... more

Place has gotten too crowded since purchased by Princeton club. Cardio cinema still broken all the time. Converted to a Princeton club, but still a nice establishment. Lots of space, machines, and weights, as well as group training rooms... more
